To get the best results please follow the instructions:         
     
🌡️ Temperature: 300°F (iron = no steam)
💪 Apply heavy pressure for best results
🔥 Prepare the fabric: Press the fabric before starting
⏱️ Heat Press Time: 15-20 seconds WITH a heat protection sheet on it (teflon, parchment paper, etc).
🛑 2 minutes cool down time
❄ Peel when cold: slowly remove the film
🔥 Re-press it for 10 seconds WITH a heat protection sheet on it (teflon, parchment paper, etc).

Aftercare Instructions: 

🚿 Wash inside out with cold water
🚫 Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents
☁️ Tumble dry on low heat or air dry for longevity
