Flat rate shipping to Canada is 15$*.

Free shipping is offered to Canadian customers for orders over $299 after discounts and promotions and before taxes*.

*We ship to all provinces within Canada except Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

US Customers:

We offer cross-border shipping to the USA (no customs or duties, yay!)

An estimated shipping cost will be provided at checkout. That rate could be updated as we ship using the exact USPS rates.

Your pack shipment

For in-stock items, packages are generally dispatched within 3-4 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Planète Courrier, Purolator or Canada Post. If you select a shipping method that includes tracking, your order will be updated to include the tracking information. We have preferred rates with Purolator. Let us know if you'd like to use a different carrier.

Pre-orders are handled upon receipt of the merchandise and generally dispatched within 3-6 business days of their arrival. Due to variable arrival times of each round, no shipping delay guarantee is offered but is generally within 6 weeks of the close of the pre-order period. Expect 8-10 weeks total for delivery.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Taxes on shipping will be calculated at checkout. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your in-stock items in one order.
